Tufwear - Tracked Returns System (UK Only)
Welcome to the Royal Mail Tracked Returns 48 service
This Royal Mail Tracked Returns system can only be used within the UK and Channel Islands. It enables you to return your item via a tracked service at a cost less than standard postage. The information you supply will be forwarded to our staff and will help them to process your return efficiently and provide any assistance required.
If you are returning goods for exchange or refund they must be in the same perfect condition in which you received them, complete with tags attached, tissue packing paper, the box undamaged and the shoes unworn. Boxes must be wrapped and must not have labels directly attached or taped in any way. Any damage or sign of wear to the returned item may result in an exchange or refund being refused, with the cost of returning the item falling to the customer.
We aim to process returns and exchanges within 2-3 days of the goods being received back at our central warehouse. Please allow up to 7 days for your exchange or refund to be completed in busy times.
How does it work?
- Fill in your order number and email address below.
- Tell us which items you wish to return, the reason for your return and what you would like us to do.
- Pre-pay your £3.99 return postage via PayPay secure payment.
- Print your returns note and pre-paid Royal Mail address label.
- Wrap your package, affix the postage label and take your parcel to any post office.
Your parcel will be returned to us via Royal Mail Tracked Returns 48 service. This usually takes 2-3 working days and you can track your parcel online.
This service is only available for returns from within the UK and Channel Islands.
